Our experienced and dedicated staff come together to form a community of diverse and knowledgeable team members. We value all life experiences, whether it%u2019s an educational background in Early Childhood Education or a history of working with young children. We seek out dynamic and energetic people to join our growing garden. We train our teachers and assistants according to CCD standards (State of Oregon%u2019s Child Care Division) and require a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education per year. It is important to us that our teachers have the most up-to-date information and methods and we strive to provide them with an opportunity to learn and grow.
