Canterbury School is an independent non-profit private school located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Canterbury School is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for children age six weeks to eight years old. We are proud of our small school community and honored to have served Atlanta's youth for over 50 years!

Celebrating 12 years serving children and their families, Happy Kids Preschool is currently operating 2 centers, one in Houston, TX. and one in New Orleans, LA. Our modern facilities offer progressive, well equipped learning centers with programs for children 2 months to 5 years, in addition to, summer camp and before-and-after school care for children through 12 years. Happy Kids Preschool provides separate, age-specific programs, supervised indoor and outdoor activities, a fenced playground, hot meals, nutritious snacks and field trips. Children are taught both academic and personal skills as well as exercised that develop memory, confidence and awareness!

Our program is geared toward developing the total child. Fundamentally, this is achieved by meeting these goals: -Academic Development -Motor Development -Visual Development -Language Development -Personality Development -Perception Development Our program is also designed to help children excel academically. Mission Statement Kids' Co-op is a 501 (c) (3) organization committed to enriching the lives of Las Vegas children and strengthening their families through its developmentally appropriate Preschool and Kindergarten programs, through parent education and through community service.

The MOCDC Inc. is comprised of seven (7) day care center programs which include (2) Kindergarten Programs (2) Pre-School and (3) Toddler Programs and (2) Summer Programs. We are a federally funded, non-profit organization, under the guidelines of the State of Connecticut, Department of Social Services. We are governed by a Board of Directors (The Mount Olive Chilld Development Center, Incorporated). The purpose of the program is to provide comprehensive, high quality day care to children and their families.

The Montessori classroom uses concrete materials that are self-correcting and allow the children to learn at their own pace. These materials help the child to see, touch, feel, and freely explore their environments without the teacher's intervention. The Montessori teacher provides individual instruction within set guidelines. The children learn self respect, respect for others, and respect for their environment. Montessori methods and materials promote an inner discipline and self-motivation.

To provide a positive, child-centered educational program with meaningful learning experiences, wonder, curiosity, exploration, and ability to play, led by trained and qualified staff, with the support and participation of parents and the community.
