William R Lowe Childcare and Enrichment Center is a state-registered facility. Our objective is to provide love and opportunities for children that parents would provide if they were free to do so. We work hard to help each child develop an interest in learning, and a desire to do their best in all that they do. We promote each child's physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual well being, hoping to develop a healthy positive self-esteem that will enable each child to be happy and successful throughout his or her life.

The Early Education Center is Hawaii's largest and most conveniently located childcare center. Constructed by the City and County of Honolulu it has been operated by Seagull Schools since it opened in 1986. The Early Education Center is open to the public. You do not need to be a government employee to enroll your child and children in diapers are welcome. The school is licensed for 264 children aged 18 months to 5 years by the Department of Human Services and is among the elite centers accredited by the NAEYC. Located in the heart of Honolulu's capital and business district, the center resembles a beautifully landscaped village that is an oasis of green amongst the City's high-rise buildings.

We have been and always will be a ministry of FFMC with supervision from the Local Board of Administration. We are advised by the Child Care Committee whose members include Seattle area educators, business people, and parents. Our belief is that every child should have an opportunity to experience learning in a safe and nurturing environment and will work with families in need of financial assistance.

The MOCDC Inc. is comprised of seven (7) day care center programs which include (2) Kindergarten Programs (2) Pre-School and (3) Toddler Programs and (2) Summer Programs. We are a federally funded, non-profit organization, under the guidelines of the State of Connecticut, Department of Social Services. We are governed by a Board of Directors (The Mount Olive Chilld Development Center, Incorporated). The purpose of the program is to provide comprehensive, high quality day care to children and their families.

Canterbury School is an independent non-profit private school located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Canterbury School is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and education for children age six weeks to eight years old.
