Tips to help your child ease into day care

As a mom, you are the source of security and safety for your child. So, its natural for children to feel anxious when they have to stay away from parents for long hours, especially in a day care center. However, you can make this new experience less frightening for your child. Start by preparing your child well in advance for this new experience. Also, help your child cope with this new situation by being patient and understanding. Give your child lots of love. The Early Education Center is Hawaii's largest and most conveniently located childcare center. Constructed by the City and County of Honolulu it has been operated by Seagull Schools since it opened in 1986. The Early Education Center is open to the public. You do not need to be a government employee to enroll your child and children in diapers are welcome. The school is licensed for 264 children aged 18 months to 5 years by the Department of Human Services and is among the elite centers accredited by the NAEYC. Located in the heart of Honolulu's capital and business district, the center resembles a beautifully landscaped village that is an oasis of green amongst the City's high-rise buildings.

We are the largest music school in Cheyenne, Wyoming because we offer both group and private piano lessons in a fun, encouraging environment using state-of-the-art digital technology and the Harmony Road® music course for students 18 months through adult. Our all day, year round program serves children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. We are open Monday - Friday, from 6:30am to 5:30pm. Children may attend 1-5 days per week. MetroKids provides breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks. All meals meet state nutritional requirements. Licensing MetroKids is licensed with the Human Services Department of the State of Minnesota. We are in partnership with the Minneapolis Day Care Association. This partnership ensures that consistent and high quality standards will be maintained regarding all aspects of the Center and program, such as: safety, staff, nutrition, space, and curriculum materials.
